Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the work required differs from what was quoted, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring your use of our services complies with the law.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge.

Refund Policy

Where a booking is cancelled or a payment needs to be returned, refunds are handled under our cancellation policy, which is shown to you before you pay.

Any refund is returned by the same method you paid with, and reaches your account within the timescales set by your bank or card issuer.
